Ironloo is definitely right. I only did this program because I had limited time. There are faster ways to progress for sure, but this way had me doing something for 10 mins, 3 times per week, and it worked pretty well. It got me to a very good level of conditioning surprisingly. But the best program is no program, because your needs and condition change daily.

NGN nice man who cares how the weight is to me just keep training beastly, and goodstuff doing the rope rows the rows will help all of your pulling. Make sure to work the 3 angles every workout

overhead pull,forward pull, bottom pull
overhead push, forward push, bottom push

Each build each other so work the angles.

mshefa07 didnt even see your msg overlaped in there bet back to you tho.

Mikey1995 I sent you good basic stuff already put the work in, then worry about the next. Don't worry about tricks, and variations now you don't need them. Train how ever you feel is best.

If i were to make a log or something it would take up a good page or 2.

the best routine is no routine if you know what are you doing yeah
but for beginners or less strong people they need to follow some order to achieve faster results

Advice from LBM!

1.keep doing your basic sets with better form everyday, get a timer ready and try to get very low rest between sets.. This will increase alot and everything, not just stamina and endurance.
5. Do static holds on every exercise u do, try to max on holds (again with perfect form)
6. your body get used to working out very fast, so make sure u do different things everyday- now u know why the lower rest will burn your muscle different
7. Do weighted calisthenics on the basics, weighted pyramids, weighted maxing out, max weight max pull, max weight 1 rep.. Just make sure u keep it clean form, and do static holds with weighted calisthenics to..
8. WARM UP WITH CARDIO
9. Do alot of shoulders, and core workouts..

another one is take advance off the growth hormone facts.. so eat alot of FOODS!! HEALTHY! and HEAVY TRAININGS.. SO CALISTHENICS WITH A WEIGHTED VEST IS A GREAT WAY TO BOOST THOSE HORMONES,

TIP : WHEN THE SUN STARTS TO RISE DO SOME SQUATS..OR WORK UR LOWERBACK..

AND THIS IS ANOTHER THING WHY UR BREAKFAST IS SO IMPORTANT!! EAT THOSE CARBS IN THE MORNING..
