I thought that it'll be a good idea to start my own progress log.

Aside from keeping an eye on what I do I hope to get decent comments, advice, ideas, positive feedback.

So at the moment my shoulders hurt, not sure why. Possibly from over doing Dips on rings. Not sure.

I'm sort of on the road at the moment so I can't do much... what I am doing is a circuit of Pull-ups followed by ST Dips followed by Push-ups all at a tempo of 2120 give or take a few milliseconds.

I'll post my workout soon enough though they're quite simple...
Should i keep track on the numbers of reps?

Inverted Rows:
(slow)

Back Extensions:

1x all variation (70 reps)
1x 40s superman
1x 40s superman
1x 40s superman


GBHC:

3x 15
(haven't done legs in a while)


HLL:
(from 90 degree static chin-up)

Centre Planks:

40s (wow I'm ashamed, usually I do 90+s!)

6DAW

Pull:
4-5 x Pull-ups
4-5 x Inverted Rows
4-5 x Back Extensions
4-5 x GBHC
Core - HLL


Push:
4-5 x Leaned V Dips
4-5 x Diamond Push-ups
3-4 x Pike Press
4-5 x Walking Lunges

---------------------------

Pull:
4-5 x Pull-ups
4-5 x Inverted Rows
4-5 x Back Extensions
4-5 x GHR
Core - Planks


Push:
4-5 x Leaned V Dips
4-5 x Narrow Push-ups
3-4 x Pike Press
4-5 x Horse Stance

---------------------------

Pull:
4-5 x Pull-ups
4-5 x Inverted Rows
4-5 x Back Extensions
4-5 x GBHC
Core - L-sit


Push:
4-5 x Leaned V Dips
4-5 x Push-ups
3-4 x ST Flies
4-5 x Box Pistol Squat
