 Help me improve me routine

I've been watching Paul's videos on YT.

I started working out about 7 months ago.
Before I started I couldn't do a single Pull-up!

The problem is that I'm working around the globe and I never have where to train.

I bought a really good suspension trainer and i hook it to a pipe where my hotel is and do a simple circuit of:

Pull-ups
Suspension Trainer Dips (jesus those are hard)
Push-ups


Then I try to do L-holds.
I don't have anywhere to train for MUs or Levers.
It's quite depressing and sad.

I'm also neglecting legs for now because I'm walking a lot with heavy gear and i can't afford having stiffy legs at the moment.

What can you advice me to do / add to that circuit?

Also the last 6 weeks I couldn't train much at all so my numbers have dropped too.

Don't get depressed by your program. I, for example, also have the time for proper training only in week-ends. Gone are the days when I could schedule a training session whenever I wanted Sad But this doesn't have to be a barrier in your training. If you can do pull-ups and dips as you said, you can do a good job. I don't see why you can't train levers on Suspension Trainer too. Another good and efficient exercise you can add is hand stand push-up (HSPU). If you can't do it, I'm sure you'll find a wall to make the progressions of this exercise. Also you can add body rows and pus-up variations (especially hip and diamond push-ups).

I'm doing Pike Push-ups and Inverted Rows with my ST too.

At the moment I'm doing those 2120 Push-ups Pauls showed on his last video.
