 Tuck front lever

Hi everyone i want 2 ask about front lever how do i progress?I can hold tuck lever about 20second's what kind of program i could do to progress?Set's and exercises 2 help for front lever,would realy be pleased if someone could tell me ,Thank's for your time Smile

Just google "front lever tutorial", there's plenty of information on progressions out there. As for additional exercises you can do dragon flags; it will strengthen your core for straight body position needed for front lever.

I did but didn't realy find anything good..it says if you can do tuck try 1leg lever...but doesn't say how to progress 2 that level set's and stuf Smile thank's for dragon flag's

For strength progressions I usually go for 3-5 sets with 5 reps/set. If you cannot do 1 leg lever you can try kicking from tucked, one leg at a time (3-5*5 kicks/leg). If you cannot kick either you can try advanced tucked lever. Hold it for 3-5sets*10 sec. here's how advanced tucked lever looks like:
