 Back n Triceps routine

My usual back n tri routine
Warm up

Pullups 4 x Max
Dips 3 x 20
Headbangaz/static hold 3 x 8 /15sec hold
Bodyweight rows 3 x 12
Plank diamonds 3 x 12
Straightbar dips 3 x 15


Any thought?
Think this routine is quite solid.
If u try this out lemme know how u think it was.
