PostSubject: Help with routine    Thu Aug 02, 2012 9:12 am

Hello i am new to the forum and i need some help.I am 14 years old and i have been working out from early age mainly bodyweight exercises and cardio i have done 3 martial arts and swimming.I would like to ask some questions.

can you tell me a good way to increase my push ups/pull ups number some months back my number was 50-65 on pushups and about 10-12 pull ups but now it has dropped.i have read GTG method by pavel but i havent really understand how to put that on a routine.

Also i would like to increase my strengh.I have read a book called building the gymnastics body for exercises and it is really good but i dont now if performing those exercises is the best way to gain strengh.

And lastly could you give me a routine that will help me accomplish this goals

THANKS IN ADVANCE Smile

so I understood that you can do some push ups and pull ups well
my suggestions are:
For strength use extra weight
For more number of reps I used a tutorial from Barstarzz about the pull ups but it works for the other exercises too Cool
