push ups with :30 rests 13-11-9-7-5-3-4 5:00 then
pull ups with :30 rests 1-2-3-4-5-4 1:00 rest 4-3-2-1 :30 rests
later I did dips and chin ups

push ups with :30 rests 13-11-9-7-5-3-4 5:00 then
pull ups with :30 rests 1-2-3-4-5-5 1:00 rest 4-3-2-1 :30 rests
I did more dips and chin ups I can feel them helping my push ups and
pull ups I haven't been training legs because my knee and heel
have been hurting Sad Sad Sad Sad

push ups with :30 rests 13-11-9-7-5-3-4 5:00 rest then pull ups with :30 rests 1-2-3-4-5-5 1:00 rest then 4-3-2-1 then I did chin ups and dips

12 / 2 / 12

push ups with :30 rests 13-11-9-7-5-3-3 later in the day pull ups 10-8-6-4-3-3 the rest time kept getting shorter Monday for pull ups I think I am going to do 5-5-5-5-5- max chin ups with 1:00 rests let me know what you think

push ups same as before 5:00 rest the pull ups 5 sets of 5 1:00 rests
1:30 rest then max chin ups-5- my right hand would hurt when doing dips
so I experimented with grips finally I maxed at 6

walk 1/2 mile run 1/2 mile walk 1/2 mile later 75 sit ups Russian twist
even later another walk. my ankle has been feeling a lot better Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

push ups with :30 rests 15-13-11-6 1:00 rests 4-5 5:00 rest then pull ups
5 sets of 5 2 sets of max chin ups 4-3 with 1:00 rests later in the day
dips (very few) 15 lb. chin ups and diamond push ups and wide grip push ups

Monday / 10 / 2012

max push ups-24- about 3:00 rest then pull ups 5-5-5-5-5-5 with 1:00 rests

Tuesday / 11 / 2012

push ups 20-20-20-20-20-20-5=125 about an hours rest between sets
I was sore after the first 2 sets but it went away
1 mile run cold wind in the face for the first 1/2 mile Very Happy Very Happy

Wednesday / 12 / 2012

125 push ups 15-15-15-15-10-10-10-10-10-10-5=125 about half hour rests later in the day alternating pull ups chin ups 5-5-5-5-5 1:00 rests

Thursday / 13 / 2012

push ups 20-20-20-20-20-20-5=125 about hour rests

Friday / 14 / 2012

1 mile run
push ups 15-15-15-15-15-15-15-15-5=125 about half hour rests
