Lookin good! numbers are coming up. try starting the reverse ladder at a lower# again sometime.

Maybe like this: 13-11-9-7-5-3-max with only 30 sec rest.

08/08

push ups max-22-max-19-max-16- 4-5 minute rest

plank :45 each side plank :45 max sit ups in :45-34-

08/09

pull ups 5,8,5,5,max-9- 2:00 rest

I am going to soccer practice tonight so that will be a lot of running and maybe some push ups

3.5 mile run 31:20

08/13 soccer practice did a few push ups there

08/14

max diamond push ups-11- max push ups-7- max wide grip push ups-6-
max diamond push ups-2- max push ups-3- max wide grip push ups-4-
:30 rest between sets
pull ups 5,8,5,5,max-8- 2:00 rest
I may do some more push ups tonight

age: 15 1/2
height: 5'11"
weight: about 130-140
08/16

push ups 10 sets of 10 2:00 rest about 5:00 rest then pull ups 6,9,6,6,max-7- I failed day 5 again

I play right mid but I want center mid I have a game in 6 days but we haven't figured out positions yet.

here are my stats in the metric system
height:180 cm
weight:59-63 kg

08/16 continued

sprint 50 yards jog 100 for 5:00 dribbling and juggling for 10:00 then sprint 50 yards jog 100 for 5:00 then about a 5:00 rest then 2 miles 15:58

bench press 1rep 110lb. 4 of 95lb. 7 of 85lb. 10 of 75 lb. I did each a few times not in this order rest times varied from 1:00 to 1/2 hour.

alternating pull ups and chin ups 7,8,7,5,5 :90 rests
plank :30 each side plank :30 max sit ups in :30 -23- in and outs :30 Russian twist :30 no rest between exercises

first game of the season we lost 6-3 Sad the coach started me at left forward and about halfway through the first half he put me in left defensive mid. but we have two games on Saturday Very Happy

5 sets of 7 pull ups and 5 sets of 15 push ups alternating, about every hour.

Monday, September 3rd, 2012


5 sets of 7 pull ups and 5 sets of 15 push ups alternating, about every hour.

push ups 15-12-9-6-3 :30 rests 5:00 rest after last set then
pull ups 8 :30 rest 2 1:00 rest 6-4-2

I did dips after every work out trying to get better with those too

easier I think 1 more time and I can do what NGN
suggested 15-13-11-9-6-3

11 / 15 / 12

2 mile run sprinting twice in the first mile I've had some pain in
my left heel
