yo i'm bout to do this W10 pushup s**t with 10 kg on my back. Then after that if i still got some juice i may wanna try some W4 or W5 with 10 kg on my back diamonds. I think that might get me a burn and s**t. Thanks for sharing this routine, sure sounds dope to me!

do w10 with 10 kilo on back dips and push ups start on 10 dips than straight after 10 push ups than u take 10 sec rest than 9 . that gonna burn your a$$ off , i just did that with 15 kilo lmao

damn little beast youz a f**kin animal Very Happy i did w10 normal pushups and W8 diamonds with 10 kg. Pretty damn fucked up now but you know.. feels great though Very Happy but i'll try to do it the beast way next time Smile maybe tomorrow if i feel like it Very Happy

yesterday I did W 10 on dips inclusive with the warm-up exercises, I found it awesome! Very Happy

sounded so awesome that i tried it but on the dips i went for W8 dips all with 10 kg. I am what you called "satisfied" even though everything is pretty much burning Very Happy

Very good workout. I made 3 x W-4 pull ups (with 3 min. rest in between) after my workout. Really good. I was already bored with my 1-10-1 pull pyramide.

Tried this one today with Mark and Tech at Mount Morris Park. W-5 pull-ups with W-5 push ups in between the pull-ups to take away the rest period completely & dip pyramids. Everyone liked it. thanks Ether!

Wait, you were doing push ups while doing pullups?? Instead of 10 sec of rest in between pull up sets you were doing W-5 push up sets? HARDCORE It's crazy stamina and olympic lungs! But I would try that with W4 Smile

Should I start w4, to traning, even if i can do , whole W4 ?

The goal is to do max pull ups. So yes, if one can do W3 he may start W4 even if he can't do it. But you have to work for dear life)) Do as much as you can till you can do the whole W4 and then start W5 and so on..

Yeah. Keep training till you can do ......2-1-2-3-4 and then you can start W5 training.
