| Anyone else watching these?
I've never liked the gymnastics before and always found it boring, but now I've started training in calisthenics, I have so much more respect for them. Was just watching the Chinese on the parallel bars and the control they have is amazing, they can stop into a perfect handstand from pretty much any move. |

| Haha me too, loving the womens beach volleyball I was thinking about those Olympic gymnastics, wondering how many muscle-ups they could do and if they ever thought about breaking the world record of 26 |
