 Tricep routine. Gotta try it

Hi there community.

Well on Tuesday i did a pushing workout like this.
I used the W set and rest between sets 10 sec.
Dips : started with 7 total 103
Push -Ups: started with 10 total 208
Bench Dips : started with 10 total 208
Tricep Extension: started with 7 total 103

Rest between exercises 2-4 min.

Its been 2 days and my triceps are sore like hell. Give it a try and tell me what do u think. I dont know if i should decrease the exercises and make 3 instead of 4 . Comments good or bad all acceptable . Train Hard !!!
