13 minutes skipping rope

100 Pull ups for time

7:20

10 push ups/10 sec hold
2 minute rest between rounds

5 rounds
then
3 rounds
the 3 rounds declined

10 sets 1 minute rest per set

5 close grip pull ups/5 close grip chin up
let go and switch in the air

3 MU's (to test my fatigued MU's. see how they come off at the end of my routines sometimes)

standing oblique raises w/ 30 lb dumb bells
3 sets of 20 per side

210 crunches (70 side/70 middle/70 side)

3 sets of 15
flutters/scissors

alternating knee raise/leg raise=1 rep
5 sets of 10

crunches holding 30 lb dumb bell
3 sets of 30

Pull ups/dips (w/85 lbs vest and belt)
10 sets 4/8

Ab wheel on knees (w/25 lb weight vest)
3 sets of 15

Explosive push ups from floor onto a chair
5 sets of 5

furniture slider push ups
3 sets of 20

10 bent over rows/10 rear delt flies with 30 lb dumb bells
5 sets

5 sets of 10 wide pull ups no weight

AFTER WORK

13 Minutes skipping rope

1st Attempt at Bar-Barians Requirements

5 MU's
45 Dips
25 Push ups
55 Push ups
5 MU's

in 6 minutes

FAILED

only completed up to the last 2 MU's with 5 seconds left. Encouraging but tough as hell. I need more work. Thank Allah for all progress

I did GTG two days straight while at work. This felt incredible!!

Every hour on the hour for 6 hours

30 pull ups (either 2 sets or 3 sets with no more than a 5 sec rest from bar)
30 dips immediately

amazing 2 days! I will definitely do this a lot more often.

etc.
7 pull ups/1 push up/10 dips

28 minutes.

45 minute work out all together.

Most of them were far from clean, but i fight thru them. I'm trying to increase my stamina and cleanliness of my MU's. I thought this might be the best way. Time will tell
