Peace, Blessings and Success to everyone

Ramadan workouts... Incredible feeling

I'm learning from everyone here, so many unique routine styles to fuel my elevation.


10 Minutes of jump Rope, 1 pound handles

2 sets of the "true brigade requirements" I got from a brother here. Shout out to K4lispeluru!!

5 MU
10 chin ups
15 dips
10 pullups
30 Push ups

1:34.5 and 1:29

50 pull ups/100 push ups

4:10

2 sets of pyramid dips holding on the bar

2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2

3 sets/straight reps

5 side to side
5 head bangers
5 wide grip pull ups

3 sets of 3 different shoulder exercises with 100 pound resistance band
no rest


I wanted to do more but I only had one hour before Mahgrib. Not nearly enough. I'm a lil annoyed but i really need more time before I break fast. I like the time tests when I'm pressed for time tho

Today's workout felt great, Thank Allah!

And I have some new challenges/goals

200 push ups and crunches 1 hour before i left to work out.

At the park

12 Minutes of jump rope

2 rounds of the 3x3x3. I have to work to complete it in 3 minutes time.
I love this routine

5 minutes of Push ups. total=193

100 pull ups for time 8:11

3 rounds
Horse stance (1 min.)+10 lunges per leg+10 box jumps

6 sets of 5 L sit chin ups.

"Jake the Snake" routine

5 pull ups + 20 push ups + 10 dips
5 pull ups + 19 push ups + 10 dips
etc
5 pull ups + 1 push up + 10 dips
21 Minutes 45 seconds

Then had my training class. Good class as well.

Dip Pyramid without letting go of the bar

Pull up Pyramid (4 dif. grips)

3/6/9/12/9/6/3 (30 second rests)

Dip Squat Combo
1/1 2/2 3/3 4/4 5/5 etc to 10/10

one round 5 MU, 5 bar dips, 5 wide pull ups.

5 Minutes of Battle rope.

(this felt incredible, and for some strange reason, my muscle ups were less strenuous and i was able to do more reps per set. could be a combination of things, but i will test it out going forward)

3 sets 6 MUs 3 sets 5 MUs

true brigade

5 MU
15 dips
10 pullups
10 chinups
30 pushups

junior (With 20 Pound weight vest)

25 pushups
5 pullups
5 chinups
25 pushups

within 3 mins

senior (with 20 pound weight vest)

25 pushups
10 pullups
10 chinups
25 pushups

within 4 mins

Pyramid dips

2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2

2 sets of 5 MUs

20 leg raises on the dip bar

1st set

5 push ups / 5 pull ups / 5 second hold ship above / 5 second hold head toughing / 5 second dead hang / 5 pull ups / 35 push ups

2 sets
10 push ups / 10 pull ups / 10 second hold chin above / 10 second h
old head touching / 10 second dead hang / 10 pull ups / 35 push ups
(this was brutal)

1 dip pyramid

2/4/6/8/10/10/8/6/4/2

4 sets 3 minute rest between sets

3 MU's / 3 bar dips / 3 pull ups
3 wide / regular / close grip pull ups.

40 Sledgehammer/tire strikes each arm

2 sets of 5 MU's

3 Sets of 3 MU's / 3 Bar dips / 3 pullups


Then I tried this routine...

Push-ups - 30/29/28/27/26/25/24/23/22/21/20
Pull-ups - 10/9/8/7/6/5/5/5/5/5/5
Dips - 20/19/18/17/16/15/14/13/12/11/10
Chin-ups - 10/9/8/7/6/5/5/5/5/5/5

35 Minutes.

Fantastic workout! I will definitely keep doing this particular routine. I loved it. It looked harder on paper, kind of intimidating, but it was great!

3x10 Dip bar leg raises (6lb medicine ball between my feet)

Pull Up pyramid

3/6/9/12/12/9/6/3

100 Jumping jacks

3 sets of core push ups

Beast mode dip pyramid

9 dips / 5 sec hold
etc.
1 dip /5 sec. hold

Pull ups pyramid

3x10 extra wide pull ups


Then I tested my dip belt and weighted vest at home

80 Pounds all together

2x5 dips

2x2 pull ups

Martial Arts Class was cancelled so I went back to the park

5x10 body weight tricep extensions

4 sets
5 inclined one arm push ups both arms / 5 diamond push ups

4 sets

4 MU's / 4 bar dips / 4 pull ups

yes, I am trying to make that happen. Yesterday was the first time i did more than 5 Muscle ups. as soon as I can get more than 7 at the end of my work outs, I will take a shot at the tests.

Your workouts are strong, bro. Ramadan has been treating you well i see.

anyways, the goal is to get BBRs at the year end, i started a thread under "general discussions" in this forum for those who are serious on getting their BBRs. hope you could join us as well.

1 Minute Horse stance

15 Box jumps / 15 Alternating standing leg raises


5x12 T poles (body weight tricep extensions)

5 sets

5 one arm push ups (inclined) / 10 diamond push ups

5 sets

5 MU's / 5 bar dips / 5 pull ups

3 sets

5 wide grip / 5 close grip pull ups (switching grips on the bar)

I had a tooth pulled so I had to take 2 days off. I now know I am obsessed about my workouts because I was dreaming about doing routines. Crazy!

I did a light workout because I was concerned about the effects of the antibiotics, painkillers and blood loss.
