As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Run 1 mile
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
Run 1 mile
Partition the pullups, pushups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
