Hello , what do you think about my program ? Smile

Monday:
morning:
1) morning run
2) 3 easy pull - up sets
3) 3 easy push - up sets
4) squats
afternoon:
1) 5 max pull - up sets
2) 5 max dip sets
3) 5 max push - up sets
Tuesday:
morning:
1) morning run
2) 3 easy pull - up sets
3) 3 easy push - up sets
4) squats
afternoon:
1) pull - up pyramid
2) dip pyramid
3) push - up pyramid
Wednesday:
morning:
1) morning run
2) 3 easy pull - up sets
3) 3 easy push - up sets
4) squats
afternoon:
1) 3 sets of 8 pull - ups, 3 sets of 8 (hands together and palms toward you), 3 sets of 8 wide pull - ups
2) 9 x 8 dips
3) 3 sets of 10 push - ups, 3 sets of 10 diamond push - ups, 3 sets of 10 wide push ups
Thursday:
morning:
1) morning run
2) 3 easy pull - up sets
3) 3 easy push - up sets
4) squats
afternoon:
1) max sets of 8 pull - ups
2) max sets of 8 dips
3) max sets of10 push - ups
Friday:
morning:
1) morning run
2) 3 easy pull - up sets
3) 3 easy push - up sets
4) squats
afternoon:
repeat the hardest day
Saturday:
morning:
1) morning run
2) 3 easy pull - up sets
3) 3 easy push - up sets
4) squats
Sunday:
morning:
1) morning run
2) 3 easy pull - up sets
3) 3 easy push - up sets
4) squats

Hey! Personally I think, that this is too much. You dont have any time to recover your muscles. It's not the best to train every muscle every day, they really need to recover Smile

Its good you wont over train, your body will adapt and you will have a higher training capacity. What i would do to make it more challenging and fun is every morning run change it, do a weighted run one day, 10 sprints the next, steps, sand runs, hiit, fluctuate your cardio to get stronger. At first for some this will be over training but you will adapt in time just eat right/sleep well people adapt to much worse than this trust me keep going.
