Hello,

I did this routine today and it was fairly exhausting for me. What do you think about it? Good? I am trying to learn to design my own routines. As I understand the designing part, I plan to increase the intensty bit by bit.

5 set of-1 muscle ups
5 sets of-5 pull ups + 5 baby CTI + 5 Second Top Hold Chin above the bar (all in one set)
4 sets of-7dips+7 seconds L sit (all in one set)
2 sets of-Handstand against wall 40 seconds
1 set of-10 pull ups

And what is the baby CTI for. I did it but I do not know it is functionality. I learned that from Zef and thought if he does that it must have a meaning.

Thank you.

do you know what CTI stands for?

google "Jasper Benincasa Close To Impossible"

"baby" CTI perhaps just means doing short reps with it, or also known as headbangers (because of the motion, as though you are banging your head to the bar)

anyways baby CTI if done properly (with body completely straight and stiff), personally, it works my core, forearm and back.
