Here I will post all my progress with calisthenic exercises! I have experience working as a military police force in my country, and i have enough experience in these types of exercises.
I have the book "conviction condition," the two volumes published, and made a summary of the exercises.
I divided into six movements,I divided into six movements, as was done in the book!

2. Pushups
3. Squats
4. Bridges
5. Leg Raises
6. Handstand pushups
The major focus is on these six movements and variations!
Here I'll show you all my progress! First my data: I have 24 years of age and weight 73.5 kg.
--First Goal!--
Make every move to perfection, and make them with only one arm / leg. Besides increasing my muscle mass from 73.5 to 75 kg! Will I succeed?
