tuck FL: 7s, 3s, 2s, 1s, 5s, 4s

Wide pull: 8, 7, 5, 5, 5

assist. pistol: 8, 7, 6, 5 (each)

partial DF: 4, 2 (bent a little at the waist at the bottom part of the DF)

1-leg DF: 6, 8, 8

2013.01.19 HANDSTAND PRACTICE

5sets x 5reps x 1second holds. Not bad, finally broke through. I don't count the unsuccesful get-ups. I only count when I get in the full HS with 1s holds.

Adv. Tuck Planche: 8s, 7s,7s, 5s, 6s, 5s

OAP on table: 4, 4, 4, 4, 4 (each) (One arm Pushups) (Just in case, I'll refer to one arm pullups or chinups as OAC)

Dips: 15, 11, 8, 8

1-leg calf raises: 12, 12, 12, 12 (each)

imperfect Lsit: 5s, 5s, 7s, 5s, 5s, 6s (By imperfect I mean I'm about 100 degrees Torso-Body instead of 90 and my legs are very mildly bent at the knees.

Narrow Pull: 9, 7, 6, 5 (I don't like these, too much strain on the wrists, won't do them anymore)

Assist. Pistol: 10, 8, 6, 6 (each)

DF: 1

imperfect DF: 3, 3, 2, 2 (by imperfect I mean legs a little bent)
