hi need a bit of help, ive been doing calisthenics just under a year now and have seen some good progression... I train 5/6 days a week this is my routine (2 min rest)

Mon:
pullup 10 reps x 10 sets
dip 10x10
pushup10x10

Tues:
chinup 10x10
dip leaning into them for front delts 10x10
HSPU 5x10

Wed:
muscle ups 2x10
bar dips 10x10
pushup 10x10

Thurs = Tues
Fri = wed
Sat = freestyle /cardio or what ever Very Happy

oookkk now my question, Smile
as you can see my routine is basic but hard ( for me anyway)

should i stick to this and do nothing eles or???

is it time to start training for the planche or ''anything else''??

Switch it up .

Example for MONDAY

5sets max out pull ups w/ 5min. rest to get high reps.
+
5sets max out dips w/ 5min. rest to get high reps.
+
5sets super-set high rep rows+tricep bench dips w/3min. rest
+
5sets Super-set chinup max out + push up max out w/ 2min .rest
+
Core = Pick 3 challenging exercises for high reps. I use dragonflags/Gravity boots/ring rollouts do maybe 3-5 sets each.
+
At the end of your session maybe train for a move light work 5sets say planche hold.Time your sets and beat them weekly.

When you approach this pull/push routine on wednesday add a vest and do the same thing.
