Mon: Full Body
Tue: Core and shoulder training for eventual Handstands, Planches, Levers and etc..
Wed: Full Body
Thurs: Core and Shoulder
Fri: Full Body
Sat: Core and Shoulder
Sun: Rest

My full body days should look like this:

BACK/BI'S

4sets of wide-grip pullups
2sets of horizontal pullups
4sets of narrow-grip chinups
2sets of parallel-grip chinups

CHEST/TRI's

4sets of dips for chest
2sets of wide-grip pushups
4sets of diamond pushups/tricep dips/bodyweight tricep extension
2sets of any tricep exercise I didn't use first

LEGS

4 sets of assisted pistol squats
4 sets of Glute Ham Raise slow negatives
4 sets of one-leg calf raises

For my Core and Shoulder days I would do:

4-5 sets of Leg Raise Holds (I would just extend my legs and try hold them for as long as possible, or do slow negatives)
Then I would try and hold as straight as possible wall handstands, with occasional releasing of one foot.
4-5 sets of Wall HSPU with my hands about 12" from the wall

How does it look?

Yeah, I've done it for a week so far. The first full body workout was great, was sore for 2 days after, so the second workout was a little weaker, but the third I got back on track and jumped from 6 pullups to 7 and from 15 dips to 16.

Routine looks solid but you may be hard pressed on recovery time. your body will let you know. If you get stuck or start reversing gains then its time for more rest.

I like to err on the side of rest and intense focus on nutrition and build up the workouts from there.

I can only hit each muscle 2xperweek.
