PostSubject: Max Set of 20 Pull-ups   Sun Jun 24, 2012 7:04 pm

A month ago I did 28 pull-ups with average form, but today I found out my max isn't as high with proper form. So as a result, I am focussing on form over numbers from now on, no matter what.

Here I kept my legs straight the whole time to prevent any kipping or momentum aids. I made sure my chin was going fully over the bar and that I was fully extending on each rep. I also tried to do my pull-ups consecutively by hanging as minimally as possible.

I hope to reach 30 pull-ups with the same form as the video. Very Happy
