Not sure what I'll do today. Maybe I'll focus on legs and abs.

Oh BTW - I've been doing your 100 reps thing and it seems to be working out for me. Did 100 pulls-ups and 200 diamond push-ups yesterday, 100 dips, 100 straight bar dips and 100 jumping MU's over a low bar today.

My arm hurts too, which is why I'm saying to take a break.

I'm gonna do abs and legs tomorrow - was thinking of maybe trying for 100 pistol squats Very Happy

Oh also, you should totally try the burpee challenge barbaric burpees. You're over half my age, and I'd be disappointed if you couldn't put in some good sets for that! Wink

I guess I'll just do abs today and give that burpee thing a try. Hopefully I don't die. bounce I'm gonna do the 10 round thing like that guy in the video.

Well, I ended up not doing the burpee thing, but I'll do it soon, I really want to try it!

Anyways, here's what I did today..

6-28-12


Bar-Barian Forum Challenge (Normal Mode)

Rest for an hour or so

Bar-Barian Forum Challenge (Hard Mode)

Rest for another hour

Ab work for 15 minutes (no rest) Lol, this felt pretty bar-baric. Cool

Walking Lunges (+20 lbs) - 100 reps (1 set)

Jumping Squats (+20 lbs) - 10/20/10



I might have to take it easy for a while. My elbows are hurting right now. Sad

Elbows are still hurting, so I'll probably end up doing more abs today and I'll probably work on flexibility, maybe a bit of balance too.

I can't do pistol squats without holding on to something for balance. Sad

Anyways, I'm also feeling some sort of pain under my left collar bone...

My elbows seem to be doing fine, but my wrist still hurts a little. I think I just need to get more flexibility in it.

Pull-ups - 100 (Started with 15, then 10, then just about every set after that was 5-6 reps)

Dips - 100 (1-10-1 pyramid)

Push-ups - 100 (1-10-1 pyramid)

After that I did a ton of hanging leg raises and L-sit supersets.
