What's your regimen. Split workout or you do everything everyday? Currently I'm doing pull ups , dips, pushups everyday and core and legs(sprints) every other day, and I'm thinking about start doing something like: dips and push ups =1 day. Pull ups and core =2 day. What do you think?

Either one works just fine. I do full body everyday, so i just change the intensity lvl each day so i won't overwork myself. Id say the most important thing is to listen to your body and just keep on going. Good luck with your training!

I suppose it's just personal preference, but most people that I know that do calisthenics, either do full body, or a upper/lower body split.

I personally like to get it all done in one day. It really helps with endurance too if you throw in ATW workouts every now and then.

it's summer now so I really started doing it twice a day, 4-5 times a week. I do my regular planned workout first thing in the morning alone, then later around 7 pm I do second workout , usually yoga (trying to get flexible) some dumbell work for traps, delts. handstands and muscle ups.. It's fun fun fun , and I can tell you that with enough sleep I feel gains ! Very Happy
