PostSubject: Killer abs!   Sun Jun 03, 2012 10:03 am

I am looking for a killer ab routine. I have never really concentrated on abs, but now i want to blast them Smile I always did exercises for them but they never seemed to improve too much, i used to do crunches and other ab work on the ground, but then i swiched to hanging leg raises. Now i do like 5-3 sets of hanging leg raises or gorilla chin ups. Could you advise me what to do for awesome abs? Smile

planks varetions,l-sits, abs roller, dragonflags.

Some other ways are to do push ups on one leg and artenat lages each set. Do pull ups in l-sit.

U can also do supersets like dragonflags or just tries,l-sit on bar and htne hanging leg raises do it 2-3 times and then go for plank switch to side plank switch side etc etc till u can hold urself any more.

Hope it helps

Max front lever, go into max back lever, then back into max front lever. Wait a few mins and repeat - Do this 5 times

5 x ~6 ice cream makers... you want these slow and controlled and try to hold at the top for a second or two. You want to try and take away the momentum and actually hold the lever
