 Physical training beginner!

PostSubject: Physical training beginner!   Sat Jun 02, 2012 1:52 pm

--> Purpose:

Make perfectly 3 sets- 25 reps of the following exercises:

[Push-ups, squats, Pull-ups;]

--> Progress:

Day 1: 05/25/2012

Push-ups: 18-18-12.
Squats: 20-15-10.
Pull-ups: 12-8-3.

Day 2: 05/27/2012

Push-ups: 20-20-15
Squats: 25-15-10
Pull-ups: 12-10-5.

Day 3: 05/30/2012

Push-ups: 20-20-20.
Squats: 25-25-20.
Pull-ups: 12-12-8.

Push-ups: 15-15-15.
Military-Press: 15-10-10.
Curls: 15-15-15.
