Hey,

I'm 14 years old, been really into working out for around a 1 year now, and try to keep my diet as clean as possible. I do other activities such as Taekwondo (since I was 4) and surfing, but am planning on keeping this workout related only. Tips and comments would be helpful and appreciated! Here's what I did yesterday!


Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012:

10x 5s advanced frog stand (Max - 10s) (Started April 24th)

Max strength (60-90 seconds rest, alternating sets):

A1: Weighted pull-ups (18 lb): 6 6 6 7
A2: Pistols: 5/5 5/5 5/5 5/5

B1: HeSPU: 3 3 3 4
B2: Assisted NLC: 4 4 4 4

C1: Kneeling wheel rollouts: 14 15 15
C2: Bridge wall walks down and up: 3 3 3

3x 20s Tuck front lever (Max - 37s) (Started April 24th)

Explosive strength (60-90 seconds rest, alternating sets):

A1: Muscle ups: 1 1 1 1
A2: Knee tucks: 13 13 13 13

B1: Plyometric pushups: 10 10 10 10
B2: Ankle hops: 20 20 20 20

C1: Kneeling wheel rollouts: 18 18 18
C2: Bridge wall walks down and up: 3 3 3
