Hi all,
I just joined today, gotta start some serious training
and track my progress

18-05-2012 Friday

30 minutes warmup

1xChin1xDip1xSquat and so on

Chin-ups +22lbs: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1
Dips +22lbs: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1
Squats +22lbs: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1

+
1x +22lbs Muscle up
3 Muscle ups
some L-sits

bar dips, pull ups, chin ups and other exercises

+some Human Flag training

20x +22lbs close grip pull ups
20x +22lbs normal pull ups
20x +22lbs wide pull ups
20x +22lbs bar dips
20x explosives
10x Muscle Ups
+50 push ups

some dip bar leg raises and other

wasn't able to finish cuz of hardcore rain
and extreme bad weather

some mixed grip pull-up variations
front lever training
some leg raises and L-sits
21 chin-ups
12 pull-ups

My body keeps telling me it wants to do absolutely nothing except lay down and sleep, and I will do so. Maybe I'm sick.

I'll take a few days off , nothing but a silence, food, computer and meditation.

Dips +22lbs: 2/4/6/8/10/8/6/4/2

Still not fuly recovered, few pull-ups (especially last one in highest sets)
were extremaly hard for me

nice workouts man. i noticed that you had meditation as part of your warmup a few days ago. how does that effectively help exercising?

Well when you meditate a lot you come to the point when doing it is like half-sleep, you can regenerate, gather strength and think about your motivation/ about anything/ nothing. After meditation (30 min usually) I feel like after a short sleep, rested and full of energy, never lacked motivation after it.
When I'm hitting the bar, sometimes I start thinking about some random things, like everyone, except at some point I realize that I didn't stopped pulling up lolz Very Happy my brain switches to dual core and one counts pullups and works out while the other thinks about dinner and origins of the universe Laughing
To tell the truth i use to meditate once a day, when I'm tired and want to watch the world burn I just do it and "wake up" fresh, full of energy and ready for training.

All in all when you finish it you are well slept, motivated and sometimes feel the raw power flowing trough your veins

Dip Bar Leg Raises: 10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18/19/20/21/14 = 200
Front lever training: 1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1 = 13
Squats +22lbs: 10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18/19/20/21/14 = 200

and after that
Muscle Ups: 1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1 = 10

Should train some more but again (third time!) it was raining...

I did ~~6/7 sets

Just switched from weighted training.. My body got to get used to full ROM,
gotta start work towards bb requirements and gain some edurance

Great idea!
Maxing out reps is my main priority, gotta find a good training routine and go fo it. I'll try to beat my max everyday.

15 pullups
20 dips

Afternoon
1set Weighted +22lbs: 9 pullups, 10 dips, 20 pushups, 20 leg raises, 3 Muscle Ups

2set (normal): 13 pullups, 20 dips, 30 pushups, 20 leg raises, 3 Muscle Ups

3set: exactly like 2set

some tuck planche pushups, daimond pushups, explosive pushups, levers, flag training, 15 pullups, some static holds

After 2-3 weeks of rain and storms summer finally found me...
it's very hot.. gotta get used to some very high temperatures

as usual levers, tuck planche, L-sits, whateva

First time tried 35lbs.. It killed me... confused

Due to some minor injuries got to try some easier exercises
and prepare myself for normal training...
