 How much do you think I should train and how much do you train ?

PostSubject: How much do you think I should train and how much do you train ?   Tue May 15, 2012 4:59 pm

In one of my workouts, I done 3 sets of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 pyramid pushups and 150 calf raises with some light ab work, If I do this everyday is this hard enough ? and of course I will progress onto different exercises when i can progress, thanks

I would start doing those different exercises, especially dips, pull-ups and chin-ups, now.

If you can't do full reps then do progressions towards them or negatives. For example this article tells you how to work towards pull-ups.
