I like the look of that routine. Did you complete it?

if so how much rest between sets?

those 2 exercises are done without dropping off the bar.

yes i manage to complete it. but towards the last several MUs i had to kip. it gets harder for me when it got to pullups first and then immediately to MU.

did it with a partner, planned to take 60 sec rest in between but it turned to be few mins when we reach 3 MUs and above. flower

100 tucked leg pull-ups

100 dips to leg raises/L-sit kicks

5 min total pushup plank (3 pushups every 30 secs)

just moved to my new apartment guys with no internet connection in my room its difficult to get online recently. so i'll just post which are important.

1-8-1 pullups superset with 2-16-2 pushups #1

in 11 mins.

my left front shoulder have been feeling funky recently since i was doing phase 4 during the dips. i think the high reps could have been overtraining it? no problem with pushups though. taking a break from the dips. maybe a week to a month. thoughts?
