muscle up 1-2-3-4-5-3 rests in between
chin up + 10kg vest 10 reps
chin ups + 10kg vest static hold top-mid-bottom 10 secs each x 10
chin up + 10kg vest pyramid

5min Bar-barian warmup 50 pullup 100 pushups (done in 4:51)
5 x 7 pullups + 10kg
120 dips (done in 10:48)
100 pushups
4-8-12-16-20-16-12-8-4

did full range pushups till 20 after that only half-pushups since i was really sore Sad hopefully can improve soon!

after doing this it seems that both of my forearms are really sore! can anyone explain why is this happening to me? or is it just because of the hanging? this is the first time i am feeling the burn on my forearms while doing this exercise.. it affected my other routines so i can't really push to my limit Sad

my dips were a little slower than before but manage to improve my speed for the bar-barian 5min warmup and i could do 100 pushups full without my knees on the ground like the last session..
