 Shoulder routine

Hi Guys.

I am currently working on the full planche, but i seem to lack a lot of strenght in my shoulder.

Currently i am doing handstand pushups, tugged planche, exercise where i from high push up position lean forward and thereby providing tension on the shoulder. I also do some back lever and dips.

Do you guys have any idea to what i should do? My struggling point is that i am not able to lean forward in the tugged planche.

hmm Im practicing for the planche as well, I just do handstands, and just practice the tucked planche and lean forward more. I also try to get my back straight as that puts alot more pressure on the shoulders.

I would say with time it will come, just got to keep doing it and keep holding it for longer each time.
