 Exercise problem.

Hi, I have a problem. I can't do pullups. is an exercise to prepare for this?
I do everything else but not this, i'm very disappointed. Neutral

No problem, you can do pull ups with a chair, not lifting your whole weight and progressing step by step.

The other exercise could be rows to train your lats Very Happy

I read this article the other day, which has some good suggestions.

Also, if you're a member of a gym they might have an assisted pull up machine, which you can load with weight to make the amount you have to lift lighter.

Or you could try using those rubber band things - tie it onto the bar and have it hanging down so you can get your foot on it. Will give you a bit of a boost up.
