When you look on INternet for beginnersroutine you can find 3 different routines from Hannibal the King.
He said that you just have to start with 5 reps off pull-ups (with hands together) 5 dips and 10 diamond pushups.
Is it realy that simple and how many rounds is good to aim for?

IMO(obviously..) It depends on your max reps of those exercises to determine whether you can perform density and pyramid sets of those exercises at those specific reps.

I prefer diamond press-ups. So I think that is a great exercise for your routine. As for narrow grip, it hits your forearms hard and think it is a necessary exercise , but if you aren't adept enough with standard grip pull-ups it is probably better to work on standard grip pull-ups.

They call it Around The World. And I know that many do this type of workout. Aim for 10 rounds.
