PostSubject: HellWolff, Training log   Thu May 03, 2012 6:39 pm

Well, my routine is pretty basic, Ive been working out since March 2010 but I stoped for 3 months and decided to continue not long ago.
Stats from this monday
- 40 Push ups
- 9 Pull Ups
- 10sec L-sit
- 1min Superman

I know they are not the usual exercises to use as stats, but I hope they help you knowing where I am more and less Razz PS: Im from spain, my english may be bad sometimes :/

These are todays numbers guys

Always 1.30min rest

2xmax(50-20)Push ups

10sec-5sec L-sit hold

100 Knees up crunches

So, I hope you give me some tips and that kind of things Razz
My goals* are on my introduction post Smile

Hi!

Your push-ups and L-sits are really good!

How do you do your pull-ups? 9 in a row? I recommend you to make more reps doing piramids or density training. More set of push ups too even if your sets are under 20 reps, no problem.

I think you should add the other basic exercise, the dips for the triceps. If you have no access to parallels do diamond push ups, triceps extensions and/or dips on a bench or a bed or something like that!

See you!

Thanks man!!
I was thinking about using both methods on pull ups, some days few max sets and others pyramids, just to see how it works Smile) I totally agree with you on the push ups, will be doing that next pushing day Smile

No, I dont have anything to use as parallels bars here, I do have a park near but I dont like it Sad About diamond push ups and tri extensions, Im adding them latter when I get 100 push ups Smile)

Loved your coment, you game me really good ideas bro!
--------------------------------------

Well, got better at pull ups and put another set of Squats

Always 1.30min rest

3xmax (10-5-7) Pull Ups

2xmax (1min-30sec) Superman

4x15 Jumping Squats

Guys, I have a question, Im doing right now this:

1st day tri,chest,abs
2nd day bi,back, lower back and legs
3rd rest

Would you recommend me to keep doing it like that or change to:
1st day tri,chest,abs
2nd day rest
3rd day bi,back, lower back and legs
4th day rest

Idknow, Ive been wondering which is better Razz
