PostSubject: Shoulder joint   Tue May 01, 2012 4:58 am

Hi guys Im a boxer and supplement my routines with calisthnics.
I get pain sometimes in both of my shoulder joints e.g the top of the joint a sharp pain this can be caused by running, skipping dips and bench dips pullups never.
Has anyone ever experienced this i asked a physio and she said rest but this hasnt helped, thanks john

Rest for longer..

How long did you rest for initially?

Soft tissue injuries can easily take 6 months to heal fully.

I'd go have a chat to a doctor again then.
