 Haschichin's beginning log

Hey guys here is my beginner log:
5 days a week :
2X 10 half push up
2X 15 dip (with 2 benches, can't do dip on parallels yet)
2X 10 negative chin up
2X 10 Australian pull-up
2X 30 sec elbow plank

i will go with it for 3 weeks and see the progression then move out the next level, highly inspire from Al Kavadlo's rising bar.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
