 Overtrained !!

Guys what do you suggest me for overtrain ?
best solution is rest and sleep but what about food maybe someone can share me a good food for good recovery effect.

Fish, beef and lots of meal who have lots of carrbs and proteins. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water. This can help you to fast get back energy

Banana natural sedative relaxes muscles, i eat a whole ginger root raw skin and everything to reduce soreness then train after training half or whole papaya and lots of pb.

Great recovery foods:

Bananas = help relax the muscles,sleep.

Papaya = joint repair eat it with protein.

Pine apple = for joint repair have it with protein

Maca root = aminos,vitamins, minerals

Oysters boiled in a can = high amounts of zinc lost through training.

Peanut butter = great post-workout

Sunflower seeds = high in vitamin E post workout.

Eat all daily if you can then train hard, Hope this helps some

Why do you need to eat these with protein? I know that the aminos have some effect on protein - eg. beef marinated with pineapple will be really soft - but how does it affect your muscles to eat them together?
