 Calisthenic Routine - 2 times a day

Hello !

I have just started a new routine, which includes training calisthenics 2 times å day - every day.

Pushups ladders: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 - Apprøx. 2 ladders two times.
Pullup ladders: 1-2-3-4-5 - Approx. 4 ladders two times a day.

Push and pull is the baseline. I include a different supplemental exercise each day; one leg squats, bridges, free HSPU, hanging leg raises.

I take a day off every now and then. I know recovery is extremely individualistic, but I would love to hear some opinions from some of you experienced bodyweight athletes.
