PostSubject: Opinions on Routine   Sun Mar 25, 2012 5:22 pm

I'm fairly strong, hit and miss on front levers back levers and one arm chin ups muscle ups are easy, but have stalled for a while so decided to change up my routine.

Previously I was doing 2 body parts a day in a one hour workout and now I'm going to try this.

Odd days
5x superset
pull ups
push ups
dips
ab wheel

then some shoulder stuff

even days
75 pull ups by greasing the groove

for 10 days then

abs and pushing exercises split 2 days each

for a two week cycle

I was wondering if you think this workout will bring me to the next level, I'm slightly concerned because the workouts only take like 30 mins which is very short form me.

I mix in pistols, lunges, running, biking, plyometrics, and fencing. I find lower body workouts quite boring, but I know it is important

I`d recommend to do abs workout on dip bars also. Ab wheel is good indeed. But it`ll be more effective to combine ab wheel with dip bars for abs. Core is very important if u want to make progress. But don`t do too many workouts for this particular part of a body. Let`s say 2-3 times a week. It will be quite enough.
