Upperbody

Pushup 30-29-28-27-26-25-24-23-22-21-20
Pullup 10-9-8-7-6-5-5
Dips (45 lb weighted plate) 20-19-18-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-10
Chinup 10-9-8-7-6-5-5

CORE - one after the other until complete

crunches x 100

4x30 sec flutterkicks

4x10 hanging leg raise

4x15 ea side - oblique side bends

planks front-side-side X 30 sec

4x10 ab wheel roll out - held for a couple sec when completely extended.

Nice log here. It will be interesting to observe. Interesting how u will combine martial arts (boxing I guess) with proper workouts.

Combining both body weight cals and the boxing training keep myself strong without slowing me down when it comes time for competition. I have found lifting weights really decreased my cardio when I would bulk up to alomst 195 lbs when not training for upcoming tournaments. Then I would have to cut to 175 lbs so I have really been inspired by the Bar Barians, Bar Brothers, Calisthenic Kingz and so on. Im actually in the process of getting ready for 3 upcoming boxing tournaments once I return to the States. I will continue to post my strength/boxing training.
