 new routine

Hey guys, what do you think about my new routine?
I want to increase reps and explosive power on pul ups.
1-4
1.warm up
2.ring muscle ups 4x max
3. front , back levers. hold for some times
4.W5 workout( pull ups)
5.dips routine
6.4x10 pull ups
7.w6 workout push ups
8.core. 2x max dragon flag , 2x max leg raises with 3kg
9. workout with dumbels (squats, some biceps curls)


2-5
1.warm up
2.ring muscle ups 4x max
3. front , back levers. hold for some times
4. 3x8 pull ups with 6.5 kg.
5. dips routine
6. pull ups pyramid. with 10kg max, 12.5kg max, 15 kg max.
7. core 2x max dragon flag, 2x max max leg raises with 3kg
8. workout with dumbels( squats , some biceps curls)

If u want to have a good explosive power in pull ups u should definitely add clap pull ups to ur routine. Also, my advice to do good and proper warm up because right after the warm up u do muscle ups. If u are not warmed up enough u can injury urself. + good warm up gives better results then. Because the 1st set of any exercise will actually start to work out ur muscle not to warm it.
