So I tried dragon flags for the first time today, and it hurt my back like crazy as soon as I got into the "up" position.

Does anyone know what's going on?

.. could be a lot of things.

u had any injuries before?

u have a strong lower back? how do u normally train it?

what type of pain was it? muscle? spine? both?

did u try it again? were u warmed up? did u have a strong lower body workout before or something? were u sore?

i have the same problem too.. i think its because of the pressure from the platform that you are doing.. (unless you do on a more comfortable and soft platform then you have some other physical problem)

like me i always do it on a hard platform because i don't have a yoga mat..
