 My routine

Hi guys,
my name is Georgi, im 16 years old from Bulgaria and i want to gain muscle mass.This is my training routine:
1 set x max. Muscle ups
5 set x max. Wide pull ups
5 set x max. Dips
5 set x max. Chin ups
5 set x max. Push ups
5 set x max. Leg raises
Im doing all exercise without weight for now
also i train 4 day a week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
so what do you think ?

Sounds good, but add leg training. That really helps to bring up your overall mass.

Yeah I agree but I'd add some core exercises like planks and abs (you forgot to write them?) Very Happy
