Morning -

Shoulder Front Raises - 6.5 KG's, 10 Reps, 4 Sets
Shoulder Press - 6.5 KG's, 10 Reps, 4 Sets

Early afternoon -

100 Pushups( No Weight)
100 BENCH DIPS (NO WEIGHT)
12 BENCH DIPS(5 KG)
13 BENCH DIPS (7.5 KG)
10 BENCH DIPS(10 KG)

Weighted plates fell off of my legs whilst doing the 10 kg weights, I also know it's pretty dangerous the way I do it but oh well, I'm gonna get a weighted vest when I get advanced in a certain area, Smile

i see a lot of zef vids being favourited in your youtube account. glad we have the same thinking and you are doing sets like i am as well. i hope we could motivate each other. my goal is currently BBR.

keep up what you doing. i cant even do probably 10% of what you have achieve so far when i was your age. whatever it is, dont dont dont injure yourself.

yeh bro, zefs got beast strength and i love strength, you will definetely achieve BBR as I know when someone is determined and a hard worker lol , I will try not to mess my stuff up doing the bench dips, should find a heavier plate instead of stacking weights, plates on my legs lol

100 Pushups


I love bench dips man and I noticed It felt kinda easier doin the pushups after the bench dips for some reason, was also feelin some shoulders, traps being involved in the dips when going down, maybe it's because I was going too deep on the ROM, good good Very Happy
