| Late afternoon : 18-22 minute run+ getting stuff from shops + short 5 minute run back
Evening : 40 minutes of martial art practising including 80 pushups, chair dips, squats and other stuff(some shortly after martial arts practising)
MAIN STRENGTH WORKOUT later in evening :
Pushups : 10 + 13 +15 + 14 + 13 + 20
Chair dips : 10 + 10 + 15 + 10 + 14 + 10
Diamond pushups : 30 pushups

| CARDIO Morning : Fasted 27 minute run in the morning
Afternoon : 1 hour and a half boxing session including some calisthenics(some standing around)
MAIN STRENGTH WORKOUT Evening : - Duration 29 Minutes
I did not really count the amount of repetitions move but I can definitely say
Pushups(Hand positions vary) : 200 +
Squats(45-90 degrees) : 170 +
Calf raises : Over 170 +

| KIND OF REST DAY FOR STRENGTH TRAINING
Mid afternoon : Mini 16 minute session with punches, kicks and some jumprope (Not including rests)
Afternoon/Evening : 1 Hour of martial arts class including pushups, squats quite tiring
Evening : 50 pseudo planche pushups(or at least an attempt at them)
Later on in evening : 8 minute session consisting of some chin ups

| "Late afternoon" : 5 minutes of light running with some punching and 200 pushups(something like that) and 80 squats(something like that)
Afternoon/Evening : 1 hour martial arts class including 60 pushups(something like that) and 90 squats(something like that)
Evening : Mini 12 minute session of Chinups, Some abs work and chair dips. |

| Important food notes, I was feeling really really depressed earlier on today and I had a whole packet of 6 oroes which are like empty calories which suck !!!!!!!
Afternoon : 20 Minute workout consisting of pushups - approx 150+ chair dips - 40 +
20 Minutes later or something like that : 40 Minute run
Night : 10 minute session of about 100 pushups and a few pull ups |

| Morning : 25-27 minutes of fasted cardio
Afternoon/Evening : 1 hour 55 minutes martial arts class including about 20 120+ pushups, 100+ squats and 2 one arm planks on each hand for 30 seconds and (about 35 minutes of sitting around during sparring part) - this was tiring
IT'S GONNA BE AN INTENSE SESSION FOR TOMORROW |

| First thing in MORNING : 3 Mile Run at a 5/6 mph pace
Afternoon : LIGHT 20 MINUTE SESSION OF STRENGTH TRAINING Pushups : 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 - 65+ Pseudo Planche Pushups : 50+ Diamond Pushups : Did not count....
Evening : 20 Minutes of CONDITIONING including pushups, chinups, squats, and a bit of dumbbells(I never use them now) followed by 1.8 MILE RUN in 15 minutes |

| Haven't posted for a long time, wen't a bit off serious with calisthenics for a while but still doing some strength training/muscle building
Morning : Pushups(Wide) : 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 x3(300 Wide Pushups) Leg Raises - 40 Calf raises - 150(around that)
Duration - 35 Minutes
Pyramid sets made me take some longer rests this time, all good

| Boxing : Heavybag warmup Padwork Some Skipping Heavybag 170+ Squats Core work(Crunches, Leg Raises, medicine ball situps)
Duration - Around 1 Hour
Head movement is definitely getting better and punches are feelin kinda quick, not much, legs were actually a bit sore or doms from last week's squatting, also trying and probably acheiving putting on weight at a slow rate(0.5 pounds a week is the target), all good |

-------------------- 85 Pushups(No weight) 15 Pushups(13.75lbs weight) 22 Bench Dips(13.75lbs weight) 40 Bench Dips(No weight)
---------------------- 50 Pushups(No Weight) 50 Bench Dips(No Weight)
Duration - Around 39 Minutes
Woke up at around 3:45 am and felt like working it so that's what I did, note that I did not do all the pushups in one for each part, for example. I wrote "85 Pushups(No weight) which consisted of multiple sets of pushups), feelin good and it's still early morning haha |

appreciate the comment bro, I can't wait till another 5 months where I should have put on 10 pounds and mostly muscle since I'm putting on the weight slowly, I think i'm gonna have a youtube channel where I put some of what I do, I will do that tonight actually |

| BoxingHeavybag Double End Bag Padwork Running 300 Neutral Grip Pushups 40 Bench Dips I think I'm gonna hit up the weight room next time at my boxing gym, really happy about that exactly and I'm feeling good for getting them 300 pushups in even though I went boxing,  |
