 Try this routine out

Hey here a new routine that I found on net and wanted to share to all of you. I think its realy interesting.


So you begin the work out with a pyramid set of Push-ups 1-to-8-to-1

Warm up : Pyramid push-up 1-8-1 (or whatever number you feel to)
1- Dirty 50's : Pullups –Dips-Pushups-T-Pole- abs (10 reps per exercice, continue to repeat the cycle until you can no longer complete 10 rep in one exercice)
5 min rest
2- Dirty 40's : Pullups-Dips-Pushups-T-Pole (same thing as Dirty 50s but with 1 less exercice)
5 min rest
3- Dirty 30's : Pullups-Dips-Pushups (same thing as Dirty 50s but with 2 less exercice)
5 min rest
4- Dirty 20's : Pullups – Dips (same thing as Dirty 50s but with 3 less exercice)
5 min rest
5- Pyramide Dips 1-10-1(or whatever number feel to)
5 min rest
6- Max Dips/push-ups/t-pole/pull ups

For beginner like I suggest you to reduce the number of rep per exercices to 8 or less. You should be aiming for 3 to 5 cycle for Dirty 50s and 1 less for each Dirty's. Don't overestimate your strength, it could caused your loss.

DO IT & GAIN STRENGTH/ENDURANCE !!!

i think he meant bar dips, with 2 hands on straight bar.
