 Scapula pain

PostSubject: Scapula pain   Tue Feb 14, 2012 11:05 am

Hey guys fairly new here.
Ive been experiencing scapula pain recently. Started awhile back but i ignored it. Starting to bother now.. It hurts at the scapula region, the bottom of the shoulder blade where your lats are. It hurts when i do a pull up as my chin goes above the bar.
Only my left scapula hurts :/ Anyone any ideas?

The only thing you have to do is rest for 10~15 days and see an osteopath if you still feel pain. Also, make sure you always warm up for at least 5~10 minutes before each work out. My warm up is this one : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruI5QnW_OFg&feature=player_embedded
If you don't have elastic bands, do more reps !
