I forgot to update this for yesterday's workout, but I've still been doing the same thing.

W-5 pull-ups/chin-ups (I got 12 minutes this time.)
Abs
W-7 push-ups
Single-leg calf-raises 3x20
Dips 3x10

This workout was way more intense because I did it faster with less rest.

Going to work on legs today. bounce

i did a w-5 workout with all chinups today and what a quick workout that was haha maybe around 5 minutes or less
then i practiced front lever with bend knees, but with the chinup grip
and i did some ab workouts after that

since that was an easy workout, i might workout the same muscles again tomorrow if im not sore, but also with my chest workout..
we'll see how it goes

Today's workout

W-5 Pull-ups/Chin-ups Got 10:12 on this today. Very Happy
Abs (did a lot of swiss ball movements)
W-7 Push-ups (I might change this soon, seems kinda lame to be doing this with such an easy exercise.)
Calf Raises 3x20 each leg
Dips 2x10
A variation of tiger bend push-ups 2x10

I also started doing HIIT cardio with a jump rope. I've done it twice so far, and it's pretty crazy. The first time I did it, I went for a little more than 20 minutes, but today I could only go for like 12 minutes.

I might switch it up with running soon.

Also, tomorrow I think I'm going to a park, I'm not really gonna do a full workout or anything, but I think I'm going to test all of my maxes and try a couple new exercises.

do diamond pushups instead of regular ones
more fun, more triceps, and i seem to get more of a burn in my chest doing them too Smile

Pull-ups - 10/7/5/6/5 = 33
Chin-ups - 10/6/6/6/5 = 33
Dips - 10/10/10/10/10 = 50
Pistol Squats - 10/10/10/10/10 = 50 (each leg)
Push ups - 20/20/20/20/20 = 100

So, I got bored today and decided to do something.

60 sit-ups
60 push-ups
15 chin-ups

Working out again tomorrow and I'm most likely going to start doing cardio. It's probably going to be jumping rope and sprinting.

Chin-ups - 20x5, 15x5, BWx8
Dips- 15x7,7,5
Push-ups - 15x20,16,20

Calf-Raises
Abs

Really excited for tomorrow's workout because I'm getting a dip belt. I've been using a backpack for weights but it's really annoying.
