Hi Fellas,

I forgot to add the most vital piece of equipment to the original post:

ConditioningD - I thought the same about London. One'll probably be in the unlikeliest location - Primrose Hill is the home of the rich and shameless so it was a surprise find!

Michael8 - Thanks man. I finally made it on here. It's been on my to do list for a couple weeks.

Pullin - I need to hook up with you Bro but I'm away from London this weekend. After you've tested it on sunday let me know if it gets your seal of approval?

Damn this park is kitted out, definetly a must hit, how do you get down there? Does the C11 go down there? Whats the park called? Oh yeah you see when you dip on those dips, do you have to tuck your legs or can you let them hang?

Hi LMTGJ,

The dips are farely high I only needed to tuck my legs slightly. I go to Chalk Farm station and walk. I've got an interactive multimap map on my blog which'll give you full directions - http://fizzycalfitness.blogspot.com/2009/09/saturday-29th-august-2009-primrose-hill.html

Let me know what you think once you've tried it.

This is a good park infact its the best I have been to, the only problem I find is that the pullup bar is a little narrow. It limits creativity a bit. Its a good park, I had a good time. Thanks for this fizzycal

I was in London a month ago and this is the park Pullingravity told me to head for.

It took me a while to find it in Regents park but DAMN ... what a find!

If this park isn't the best in England i'd be very, very suprised!

If i lived in London i'd set up camp right here - I haven't found anywhere like this up north.

Gonna haed back to the capital in a month or so and this place will be the first stop on my list.

It's as good as the park just off Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia only you don't get the beach and the hotties walking around in bikinis!!!
