| Dead hang position with false grip is one of the best exercise to improve your strength as u said, and we can try to hold on the top and middle also. Second one is pulling up with same grip  I never try with a rag but looks nice too. nice tutorial dude, keep doing  |

| Yeah mate, you are right! But I thought that in this tutorial you would want to train or prepare your wrists and not the pull up, so I don't think it would make a difference for them if I would hang in the middle or above the bar. Big thanks for comment and advice!  |

| thank you  I Had never succeeded in doing a "slow muscle-up" till today :DDD I could do 10 muscle-ups but I couldn't do a slow one! I tried today a slow muscle-up after I watched your video for the second time, and guess what..I did it! Thank you again and please make more good tutorials! B.T.W your video is the best muscle-up tutorial-I've seen lots of tutorials but neither of them were useful nor interesting |

| Hey mate, those days I was searching info about false grip for training MU!!!
I can do 10 pull-ups in a row so I think I must train to achieve a MU!

| the true slow muscle up is keeping your hands down and while going up force the transition and push up. insted of having pre set false grip.ill show u guys sum time |
